Lawyer Shaikha Mohamed Al-Malki
Shaikha Mohamed Al-Malki is a licensed lawyer in the State of Qatar and the founder of Shaikha Al-Malki Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. She possesses a legal background that combines specialized academic training with practical exposure within the judicial environment, enabling her to provide legal services grounded in precise legal analysis and a thorough understanding of litigation procedures.
She completed her legal training at the Public Prosecution in the State of Qatar and gained practical experience at the Supreme Judicial Council, which provided her with valuable insight into judicial processes and court procedures at various stages of litigation.
During her academic journey, she participated in several international legal programs and activities, including representing her university in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, which is recognized as the largest legal competition in the world, bringing together law schools from across the globe in the field of international commercial arbitration, and is held annually in Vienna. She also participated as a youth delegate in the United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice held in Kyoto, Japan.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen, graduating with Honors. She was also ranked first in the Lawyers Training Program and was honored by the Chairman of the Lawyers Admission Committee.
She is fluent in Arabic and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
